Damages & Missing Items
Should you received damaged item(s) or have item(s) missing from your order, please contact us by phone email us within 3 business days after receiving your item(s). Please keep all items, boxes, and packing material shipped to you for inspection. You will need to provide us with descriptions and photos of the damage(s) on the item, as well as the condition of the packaging via email, as proof of the damage(s).
For missing items, please ensure that you have removed all packing material from the shipping box to confirm that the item was not hidden from view. At times, small items are shipped within other items for protection during shipping. If your order required multiple boxes to ship, it might help to check the tracking information to confirm that all packages have been delivered.
